NEw Release - Cactus Jack?

So a new product released a few weeks ago called Cactus Jack and I’m not gonna lie, I had never heard of this.

I’ve been back in the hobby for years, buying boxes, selling cards adding to my binders and never once have I heard of Cactus Jack.

I only knew this product exists because of a video on YouTube of the Pack Bros. ripping a box. If you havent’ yet checked out these dudes videos, you should.

Now, when I call this a box, I’m being rather generous to the term box. It’s more of a pack or 2.

That’s right, two packs, a flimsy box and the cost looks to be nearly $1k.

You get less than a blaster, in a similar package but the price tag is more than a 65 inch to hang on the wall.

If Topps is gonna grab us by the heels and shake all the money out of our pockets, the least they could do is package these up a little.

But the magic is what’s inside. So how does that look.

First glance, it’s not bad.

Not bad at all.

It’s a cool design and I’d definitely add these to my collection.

It doesn’t hurt that we snagged the Ohtani to showcase.

But that’s the thing. I’ve never heard of these and not sure I care to own any.

In two weeks, no one is gonna want anything from this set that isn’t Ohtani or Murakami so what are you gonna do with that Kyle Teel or Cal Raleigh.

This product has getting absolutely hosed all over it and it’s a firm stay away.

At this price point, and that low number of cards I’m not sure who this is for.

Enjoy the rips… just not this one.
